It's been awhile... since there was a new music game worth tracking, but Rock Band Blitz appears to end that drought. The PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Arcade title, due Aug. 28 and Aug 29 respectively, is an action-rhythm game played with a regular controller instead of the usual array of plastic guitars, drums, and keyboards. It also works with any Rock Band tracks you've purchased or exported from other games, and the songs in Blitz can be played with Rock Band 3. For $15, it may be worth the purchase for the songs alone!
Here is the full list of included tracks (two of the songs - "Give It Away" and "Spoonman" - were in Rock Band 2 but were not exportable to Rock Band 3):
- "Kids in the Street" by The All-American Rejects
