Please, please, please don't have your podcast start up as soon as your page is visited. I was visiting your page at work, my volume was turned all the way up, and I had somebody on speaker phone, when the jarring music from the beginning of your podcast playing. I couldn't find the mute button on my volume bar nor the X which would have closed the window, so I pressed the computer shutdown button. That was very annoying. For the sake of getting repeat visitors to your site, please see to this issue. Keep up the otherwise great site.

So sorry about that! The Flash player is not set to autoplay, but it will resume if you leave the site and come back, or navigate to another page with the player (right now there are three but we hope to incorporate it sitewide once we solve a technical issue).
The best way to avoid this is to always stop the podcast before you navigate away. We visit the site every day, and it nearly never starts when we don't want it to (i.e., when we didn't press stop the last time we listened to it).
I'll also look into other settings that might be available to keep it from startling you at work. :-)
