Microsoft's big release this week is Kodu, the $5 in-engine game making tool that some have likened to LittleBigPlanet but also bears some resemblance to Halo 3's Forge level editor. Here's what's new for download from Xbox Live Marketplace:

- Battlestations: Pacific Mustang Unit Pack ($2) adds planes, cruisers, battleships and nose art
- FIFA '09 final season updates (free), which reset all player forms to Normal

Very glad to see that they finally added The Devil Wears Prada to Rock Band, and even better, they used my favorite song, “Hey John, What’s Your Name Again.” Harmonix – please, give us more TDWP!

Kodu was a total surprise. There is a lot more to it than meets the eye.
