Rumor Patrol - PSP Go! drops UMD drive and adds touchscreen?

Reports are leaking out that Sony is expected to introduce its answer to the DSi at E3 in June. If the rumors can be believed, the PSP Go! (like the rest of this, not confirmed) will have all or some of the following changes from today's PSP 3000:

  • No more UMD discs. Instead, games would be sold (as they are today) via the PlayStation Store online with possibly some method for converting the disc games you already own into licensed "ripped" versions
  • Flip out controls that slide behind the screen when not in use (which could make it a better, or at least less geekier, portable movie device)
  • Choice of 8GB or 16GB built-in flash memory in addition to the usual Memory Stick Duo support
  • A touchscreen
  • A camera
  • Dual analog sticks (though the most recent rumors seem to dispel this)
What do you think - would any or some combination of these features sell you on the PSP? If you have one, would you upgrade?

Sony could have done this long time ago with the camera! It's pretty ridiculous how they are sucking our money out. It's like they are stalling. =P Well, nevertheless unlike DSi - the camera better be good. Maybe a video recording would be awesome. Probably Sony will release the next one with video recording capability after this in five years. Trust me, I think I know how the marketing works. =/

I was thinking of getting a PSP. Then I found out they didn't have dual analog sticks. Sorry, I don't like to go backwards.
