Bethesda announced the next game in the Fallout series is Fallout New Vegas. Not truly a sequel, it's more of a parallel adventure set in another part of post-apocayptic North America that you'll pay full price at retail next year to get on your platform of choice: PC, PS3 or Xbox 360. It's being built by Obsidian Entertainment rather than Bethesda's in-house development team on the same engine as Fallout 3. More of the same? Yes, please...

I wonder if it will have a Terrorist Hunt mode like Rainbow Six Vegas 2...

While I'm excited to see more Fallout, I am also concerned by memories of the rushed, buggy, incomplete KOTOR 2 released by Obsidian, so hopefully they release a polished product this time around.

I hope it's as good as fallout 3!
