Guitar Hero Round-up - World Tour details, Aerosmith songs and DS bonus tracks

There's been a recent flurry of Guitar Hero news. First, some striking Guitar Hero World Tour details have been revealed:
  • The guitar has a new slider down the neck for more freeform sustained notes particularly in the music studio mode, an accelerometer knob for pitch adjustments and a bridge button as an alternative for star power and for making palm-muted notes when recording your own tracks
  • Your old Guitar Hero axes will still work, without support for these new features of course
  • The drums, apart from having an extra cymbal pad over Rock Band, are silicone enhanced for added bounce and reduced strike noise, wireless, and (as previously reported) sensitized to react to how hard you hit
  • Guitar Hero III downloads will be supported, though it has not been revealed whether you'll get a free upgrade for vocal and drum parts or if you'll be stuck playing them with dual guitars
