Microsoft continues to fall short on its weekly Xbox Live Arcade releases, this time opting for an update to Texas Hold 'Em in lieu of a new game. (Hm, just like another online game provider I know...) This mandatory auto-update offers faster gameplay, a new "away" mode, an auto-boot for players who frequently let their timer expire, better blinds with no waiting, interface improvements, typo corrections and the end of several exploits that led to rampant cheating. Naturally, online multiplayer leaderboards have been reset so you'll have to start over whether you cheated or not. Also, as expected, Microsoft has closed the loophole that permitted content downloads from regions where you don't actually reside. Now your billing address needs to match the country you've selected - mainly to prevent non-U.S. residents from accessing TV shows and movies released in the U.S. Marketplace...
