News Flash - Steam lands Dark Messiah, Sid Meier and more

Steam Steam has become quite the powerhouse lately, growing well beyond its Half-Life roots. Recent additions Activision, PopCap and Majesco are now joined by Ubisoft and 2K Games in Valve's master plan to eliminate the need for retail distribution. New titles include:

  • BloodRayne 2 ($20)
  • Call of Duty 2 ($40)
  • Civilization IV ($50)
  • Dark Messiah of Might & Magic ($50)
  • Sid Meier's Pirates ($30)
  • Psychonauts ($20)
And you can get 17 of PopCap's most popular titles for $90 - including classics Bejeweled 2, Bookworm, Chuzzle, Heavy Weapon, Insaniquarium and Zuma (or in smaller bundles for a bit more per title). Don't have Steam? Might as well download it now. Or risk letting the Internet gaming distribution revolution pass you by...
